SATELLITE OF LOVE
Waaaay back before Christmas 2017 I was in Manchester City Centre with the incredibly awesome Ciaran & Steph for their beautiful Manchester Town Hall wedding amidst those that matter most.
Kicking off the day I was with the Bride & Groom over at Velvet Hotel, Bar & Restaurant where panda heads were inflated, rings were placed in precarious positions & magic was made. From there we utilised the magnificent graffiti laden streets of Manchester's Northern Quarter for Steph & Ciaran's first look. They turned around to see each other for the first time to fits of laughter amidst the rainy Manchester streets.
After an intimate Manchester Town Hall wedding ceremony it was time for drinks over at The Oast House where celebrations took place in their own private teepee right there surrounded by the Manchester Skyline. Fairy lit portraits & Christmas trees then lit the way to Artisan restaurant which was home to not only badass neon lights to capture my final moments with this amazing couple. But also the warmth of their family & friends as they celebrated amidst the comfort of their own private dining room.

“Where to begin with Ryan? As soon as I saw his images online I knew instantly that this was the guy I wanted to photograph our wedding but what you actually get when you book Ryan isn’t just EPIC photographs but the pleasure of such a warm, funny, (very talented) & all round lovely guy on your wedding day. We only had a small wedding so it would have been so easy for a photographer to feel intrusive or awkward trying to blend in for shots.
Ryan slipped seamlessly into our guests like one of the family – who were all very taken with him & I’m sure would have had him round for Christmas dinner if they could! The photographs went beyond what we could ever have hoped for when capturing the day. I love the uniqueness & creativity of Ryan’s work, which speaks for itself & I'd advise a cup of tea handy for looking through all his amazing work because you won't regret it (actually, I'm judging you if you haven't already done this).
On the day we couldn’t have felt more at ease. So, if your Uber driver doesn’t realise the urgency of getting you both to your wedding on time, or if your shoes literally feel like walking on the pits of hell fire, don’t fear! Ryan will be there snapping away like a pro making magic & having a right good giggle with you too! Thanks for everything Ryan X”
