Iscoyd Park Wedding | Gemma and Angela

Two Brides kiss during their wedding ceremony at Iscoyd Park.

i’m SORRY I said your WEDDING BREAKFAST tasted like GREGGS

Wow where to even begin with this proper spesh day. The incredible Gemma & Angela had their Iscoyd Park Wedding & what an unreal day it was. For starters photographing both these beaut humans in opposing rooms on the wedding morning at Iscoyd Park was just perfect. I especially loved the fact they both got ready separately & said their emotional goodbyes in the morning before proceeding to see each other accidentally (on purpose) every 5 minutes afterwards 😂 When they both had their dresses on though it was a different story & holy wow that first look as they both came out of their bedroom doors made me well up.

A shift in colour signifies a change in seasons for this Iscoyd Park wedding with two Brides.

See it's that connection between Gemma & Angela that is just so unbelievably & undeniably perfect. The entire day with these two genuinely had me smiling from ear to ear. Truly a couple that as individuals light up every frickin room but as a couple are pure unadulterated laughter inducing love struck power baby.

Their Iscoyd Park wedding ceremony was equally incredible. With those that matter most watching on, these two said their I do's in front of jaw dropping flowers put together by Nicola Binks. Huge centre pieces, an incredible trailing stair case number & a field worth of pampas grass. YES! A huge shout out to family & friends who helped put a huge amount of the decor together on the wedding morning too. Especially Gemma's Mum Mary. What a legend! I actually witnessed these guys doing all sorts when I arrived to make that coach house look oh so frickin epic.

After the Iscoyd Park wedding ceremony it was some awesome group shots before heading inside for some Vegan delights. I have to confess when Gemma asked me if I enjoyed the Wellington I told her it tasted almost identical to a Greggs cheese & onion pasty. I'm not sure she was too impressed but what can I say. I BLOODY LOVE ME A GREGGS CHEESE & ONION PASTY. Plus as an added bonus I have it on good authority that absolutely no wild cheeses were hurt in the creation of said wellington. BONUS!

Symmetry of two brides. One wearing white & the other black as they stand either side of a statue at Iscoyd Park.

Also wow what a pair of speeches from Gemma & Angela. You know you're listening to good speeches when you actually forget you have a job to do & stand & laugh rather than taking photos. Soz guys I missed the whole thing. I'm not going to say who's speech was my favourite either because it just wouldn't be fair on Gemma at all. 😂

After that it was a very quick set of portraits with this amazing two But SWEET & SAVOURY CHEESUS just look at them! I reckon we actually created all this badassery inside 15 minutes so all the collective win to us. Back inside Iscoyd Park it was time for Doughnuts & dancing before I drank a bucket of coffee & headed for the long drive home.

What a day. What a love. Here's to this incredible two. XO

THE REVIEW

"Where to start with the legend that is Ryan @ Shutter Go Click? My partner found Ryan's website and immediately knew we had found "the one". The tone of his website, coupled with the style of his work, was everything we had been looking for to the T. We were super last minute arranging so it was an absolute blessing that Ryan was even free but somehow the odds were in our favour and we managed to book him for our Iscoyd Park wedding.

Having Ryan share our Iscoyd Park wedding day with us was everything we hoped it would be - it was just like having a good friend about keeping you company who also happened to be snapping a few pics! He was practically an honorary bridesmaid for me as with no official bridal party he landed the job of keeping me company for a fair while pre-ceremony. All our friends and family commented on just how lovely he was as well, making everyone feel relaxed and at ease.

The photos? Well, they are amazing too. So many people have commented how individual and amazing they are. He was clear on the brief "... we don't want any photos where we're hugging from behind mooning into each other's eyes, nor do I need a photo of my shoes...." and he didn't disappoint. I even love the photo of my shoes! We'd highly recommend Ryan and would tell anyone considering booking him, not to hesitate. Worth every penny you'll spend and then some. Thank you Ryan!"
