Yorkshire Elopement at Eagles Retreat, High Hoyland | Lindsay and Luke
may the MAGIC never subside
Lindsay & Luke eloped back in March in the good old U S of A & actually live in Boston. But they made the trip over to Gods own country aka Yorkshire for a blessing amidst those that matter most.
With just 6 people in attendance, the blessing took place at Eagles Retreat at All Hallows Church in High Hoyland. A converted church that is now an incredible little Air B N B with the loveliest of hosts. It's such a glowing feeling to be privileged enough to photograph such a meaningful ceremony & to be stood amidst such warmth in an incredible building like this one. Warmth created by family... by love.
After a couple of group shots. (JEEZ group shots are easy when there's only 6 people to take photos of haha) I got to adventure into the cold bleak of the Yorkshire surroundings with Lindsay & Luke. Right there amidst Yorkshire stone & the wisened roots of age old trees magic was made.
Here's to Lindsay & Luke. May the magic never subside.
REVIEW | LINDSAY & LUKE
“Ryan is amazing. No other words. He is truly a talented artist who followed his passion & made it his career. Not only is he down to earth & light hearted, he’s extremely good at what he does. We had only 2 hours with him & some shots he did only once and I remember thinking, “wow, how is he so confident that he’ll only need one shot?” Well, his work proved me so wrong! Not that I ever doubted it to begin with. I was just blown away by how incredible each shot came out with just 2 hours of his time. I’d recommend him for any type of event! We’d love to have him visit us in the states to photograph the reception part of our wedding! He’s incredible & hope to keep in touch, Ryan!”

As soon as I arrived the awesome venue manager gave me the grand tour of This Green Moon telling me about MAGICAL little monsters that lived there and endowing me with a special bracelet. I mean that was probably the GREATEST wedding venue intro I've ever had to be fair.
