Vale Country Club Wedding | Cleo and Simon

A beautiful outdoor ceremony in North Wales as the Bride and Groom celebrate getting married. Their Labrador walks alongside them as the cheer.

any day I get to touch a dog IS A GOOD DAY!

At frickin last, the incredible Cleo & Simon got married. YES! 2022 is a funny old year, I'm still photographing heaps of weddings that have been postponed from the last couple of years. I feel like the awesome Cleo & Simon have actually been in my calendar since I was born. Thankfully last week I finally headed to Wales to photograph the most epic of weddings at Vale Country Club.

A rusty tin building provides the backdrop for a boho bride and groom to dance during their wedding portraits at Vale Country Club in North Wales.

It all began in Cleo's parents beautiful home. The sun was shining & jeez I was welcomed in by some of the warmest peeps I've ever had the fortune of spending the day with. From there it was onto the epic outdoor wedding ceremony at Vale Country Club. Firstly, just check out their amazing dog Molly. As I've always said, "any day I get to touch a dog is a good day" & Molly was just the star of the show. Sorry guys it's not all about you ya know 😂

During the wedding ceremony the Bride & Grooms dog gets a pat on the head. He almost smiles.

At last. Long have I waited... After all the memes I have witnessed, Cleo & Simon had arrange a dancing bumbag confetti man in the heavenly shape of one of Simon's groomsmen. The true legendary force of his arrival was second to none. An arrival only eclipsed by the love of this magnificent two as they stood hand in hand framed by the rolling hills surrounding Vale Country Club.

After the epic Vale Country Club wedding ceremony we headed out to explore this epic venue. Surrounded by picturesque landscapes of course I managed to seek out the bits of the venue which were 'conventionally less' photogenic for some badass portraits. Finding a heap of discarded rocks, bits of tree & traffic cones were a personal highlight. CONES FO LIFE YO!

A funny wedding image of the Bridesmaids with one of them wearing a traffic cone on their head.

Back inside speeches lit up the room & a cake cutting inside a wishing well made me think of deleted scenes from the Japanese Horror film 'The Ring' that never quite made the cut. More group shots & enough beaut running dog shots to make an hard man SQUEE! Served as but an Hors d'oeuvre for the party to truly begin.

Overlooking North Wales beautiful landscape. The Bridal party pose at Vale Country Club. Reflected blue skies and Summer vibes make a magic photograph.

A huge thank you to not just the amazing Cleo & Simon. But to everyone I spent this incredible day with. Genuinely what a big heart you lovely lot displayed in welcoming me into your fold.

Here's to Cleo & Simon. You guys truly tickle my pickle. XOXO
