A Selby Abbey Wedding | Katy and Gazz
BRINGING the BOAT to SHORE
Before we tackle this incredible Selby Abbey wedding. Some of you might remember a little while back the awesome Boats n' Hoes proposal I got to photograph. The magnificent Gaz proposed to my good pal Katy of Hula Hair fame by sailing down Briggate on a boat on wheels to confetti canons galore that sounded across the streets of Leeds.
Well luckily after all that... she said yes! & it was finally time to bring that boat ashore for a Selby Abbey wedding. A day like no other filled with colourful collisions of fruit laden awesomeness & all the love of this epic pair.
After an epic Selby abbey wedding ceremony filled with all that stained glass grandeur. Katy as always looked amazing but even more so in her stunning wedding dress by Glory Days. It was then onto the fabulous Selby Town Hall travelling in style curtesy of Cherry Pie Autos (Side note: Simon the owner of said awe inspiring cars will be featuring in his VERY OWN WEDDING soon. BOOM!) Where these two sailors got to celebrate their day like no other.
There’s plenty of fish in the sea they say. But the only two that mattered in the vastness of the oceans was Katy & Gazz on this day.
& may they forever keep making waves.
