A Cutlers Hall Alternative Sheffield City Centre Wedding | Neil and Louise
Z IS FOR ZEBRA. L IS FOR LOVESTRUCK
Louise & Neil's alternative wedding at The Cutlers' Hall in Sheffield city centre was just a little bit special. Not just because of the enormous eclectic unique Sheffield wedding venue. Not just because their family & friends were just too damn awesome for words. Not even because they brought a full size Zebra to decorate the venue.
It was all down to spending the entire day with two of the most magnificent humans & their love that hit me like a giant paper pom pom to the face. Spending those awesome moments walking around Sheffield's City Centre streets. Chasing Lou's wind struck veil across South Yorkshire. Ending the night amidst the familiar sounds of Leeds City Stompers. A whirlwind of everything it is to be them combined amidst this pocket of Yorkshire.
Here's to two new friends & a whirlwind that will never tire.

REVIEW | NEIL AND LOUISE
"Obviously, if you've got eyes, you know Ryan is some kind of genius. His images speak for themselves, you are guaranteed to be left with something beautiful, the man cannot take a bad picture. Not only did he manage to give us some beautiful images that are now incredibly special & cherished by us, our friends and our families; he also made the experience something we both actually really enjoyed. When my husband & I first began planning our Sheffield City Centre wedding & all the bananas stuff that goes along with that, we both agreed that the idea of standing & having our photo taken filled us both with nothing short of horror. Remember that episode of Friends when Chandler is trying to practice his smile for their engagement photo & he just looks incapacitated & in pain? Yeah that's us. We're not very good or comfortable about having our picture taken & the last thing we wanted was a bunch of photos of us looking strained, uncomfortable & possibly with trapped wind, on what is supposed to be the happiest day of your life.
Then we saw Ryan photographing our friends wedding & we knew it had to be him! He somehow manages to be completely unobtrusive whilst making sure you're in some kind of composition to make a beautiful but natural shot. I actually can't work out how he does it. When we did our engagement shoot it was a rainy cold day in November, (that's my LEAST favourite kind of day folks) we were out for hours & Ryan managed to make it so enjoyable we didn't notice we'd been out all day & were wet through. We have photos where we are really smiling, proper smiles, not like the awkward smile you do when you're mum tells you to... We look like ourselves, we look happy & I swear you can feel the love coming out of the pictures. To have made us look so comfortable & natural and happy whilst standing me in the cold & the rain is not just talent, it is a MAGIC FREAKING POWER. This man captures things other people don't see I am certain of it. This being said, it meant that when it came to the wedding day Neil & I trusted Ryan completely & all our nerves were gone. Anyone who see's our wedding pictures is blown away by them, they are just so incredibly unique & special."
