Temple Newsam Wedding | Chloe and Andy

I used to play in the parks at Temple Newsam Estate when I was a kid. Hell I even remember a time when I was 15 & drunk in the nearby fields when these guys hosted Leeds Festival back in the day. But fast forward nearly 20 years (Oh my God I'm old) & this time it was the home for the absolutely incredible Temple Newsam wedding of Chloe & Andy & just wow, strap yourselves in for some beautiful Summer vibes YES!
It all began in Temple Newsam House within its grand hall. I spent the first parts of the wedding with Andy the Groom & his Groomsmen posing them next to huge oil paintings & illustrious architecture. There at the gates of Temple Newsam Bride Chloe arrived to walk down the aisle in front of family, friends & waiting love.
Afterwards it was an idyllic walk down to the Walled Garden Marquee in the grounds of Temple Newsam with Chloe & Andy. These guys went all out for making those epic portraits happen. Tangled Rhododendron roots & sunflowers led the way to the walled garden greenhouse. Honestly there's not a photographer around that doesn't adore a greenhouse for portraits & this one was just beautiful beyond words. Even the graffiti was suitably poetic "You are loved. you have purpose."
Back in the walled garden marquee it was food, speeches & all out awesomeness that raised the roof of this tiny corner of Yorkshire. A big shout out to the Bridesmaids & groomsmen too. Even after plenty of beer & food these guys were already putting there jackets & shoes back on before I could say "MORE PORTRAITS" It ain't often I get a more willing set of peeps to photograph amidst such an incredible location. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!
Back inside the party started with music & moves into the night. As I left these two magnificent humans amidst the fading light of a Summers day my mind went back to that graffiti in the steamed windows of a beautiful greenhouse.

As soon as I arrived the awesome venue manager gave me the grand tour of This Green Moon telling me about MAGICAL little monsters that lived there and endowing me with a special bracelet. I mean that was probably the GREATEST wedding venue intro I've ever had to be fair.
