PHOTOGRAPHIC wake up JUICE
I bloody love Sheffield. There was a moment yesterday when I'd finished my shoot & started rushing back to my car to get home & carry on editing. I stopped myself, bought a coffee & sat on a bench in Winter Gardens. I made a point of not going on my phone but just soaking in 10 minutes of peace & watching the world go by. It's not often we as people allow ourselves a moment to take a breath but that was one of them.
Yesterday I spent such an awesome morning with the fantastic Lianne (An amazing photographer in her own right) & her incredible family made up of her partner Jason, two boys Drake & Jack & their adorable little girl Elizabeth. The harsh sunlight between Sheffield's cheese grater building & epic Winter Gardens provided the perfect back drop for this oh so epic Sheffield family photoshoot.
A huge shoutout goes to Drake & Jack. I'm not sure if its spending heaps of time been photographed by their mum Lianne. But OH MY WORD these two lads took instructions better than most of my couples. Maybe it was the promise of sweeties afterwards. SWEET SWEET BRIBERY. YES!
Jeez I'm loving exploring Sheffield with my families & couples. I mean I live right next door but it's actually pretty rare I get to hit these city streets for photos. A huge thank you to Lianne & fam for embracing the photo goodness like absolute bosses. You guys are the best!
