There were certain points on yesterdays portrait session with Back Chat Brass when I thought to myself, "My job is weird." I can't quite put my finger on the precise moment. Perhaps it was when we squished the entire of Back Chat Brass along with instruments into their van & the lads asked casually "Matty do you reckon you could fit your massive bell out of the window?" Or maybe it was when we swaddled a trumpet up like a baby as the band looked on like proud parents.

Yes my job is weird, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I've got to say I absolutely bloody adore Back Chat Brass. We've gigged a lot of weddings together, made some cool band photography together, we've now been shouted at together by passing cyclists as they exclaimed "It's a fu*%ing towpath!" But through those shared experiences we've become stronger, more worldly wise as a wedding supplier collaboration. Here's to making more wild brass photos in the future you great eight.

PS: A special mention goes to Matty who had food poisoning on the session yet still ran up & down like a divvy. I'm sorry I almost made you throw up. I'm also sorry I included the photo in this set.

A Leeds University Kimono Photoshoot | Stasia and Toshiya

Stasia & Toshiya met at Leeds University so yesterday I got to explore the campus with these BEAUTIFUL humans in INCREDIBLE Kimono style. Not only did we managed to casually walk in during graduation day for many of the students there. But we even managed to take photos around the corridors, classrooms & canteen that these guys spent their university time. YES!

A Bonfire Night Engagement Session in Leeds | Sarah and Sam

Well this was a bit of a bloody magical... I've got to say when Sarah & Sam booked me I was like HELL YES! Not only are they the COOLEST but they're just bloody lovely too. I was even more EXCITED when they said they were planning on a bonfire for their engagement session at Sam's old Scout camp In Bramley.
