It’s time for a badass Thorner Victory Hall wedding with a couple of time travellers who landed smack bang in Autumnal Thorner after an incredible whirlwind ceremony over in San Fransisco. As much a I begged the too frickin cool for words John & Charlotte to take me with them. I was left back in Blighty crying into my keyboard every morning waiting for them to throw their awesome family party back home at Thorner Victory Hall, Yorkshire.
But there was a couple of things that San Fransisco didn’t have that I sure as hell couldn’t wait to be part of. One of which was the reunion with those that matter most right there in this awesome wedding venue in Leeds. After sausage rolls & paper fruits aplenty these guys hit the dance floor & busted some moves that lit up all of Yorkshire. All led by the absolutely awesome Leeds City Stompers. A special mention must also go to the girls over enthusiastic rendition of Telephone by Lady Gaga. That was pretty frickin special.
Of course the other thing that could only really be captured right in the good old UK was the groom John’s pride & joy. No not his beautiful wife wearing a spectacular dress by my pal Hayley over at Glory Days - Vintage & Couture Bridalwear, but his absolutely geekgasm inducing badass Back to the Future wedding car aka his Delorean. With John been a huge Back to the Future fan. I knew as soon as he told me about their wedding car of choice I had to bring the smoke bombs.
After the night comes to an end. The music stops & the last leaf of Autumn falls. I know there will be one day that John & Charlotte will be starting that engine up to revisit at 88mph.

"Getting Ryan to photograph our wedding party was the last choice we made… But I think it was the BEST! We got married in San Francisco where we had a photographer & didn’t think we needed one back in Yorkshire.
So so glad we made the decision to have Ryan, he captured the moments at Thorner Victory Hall that I don’t think we would have remembered, everything happened so fast! I’ve looked at the photos at least once a day since we got them back :)
Basically Ryan you’re an absolute dream & I’d recommend you to everyone! John often mentions the moment you were walking towards us in your leopard print shirt, with your camera holsters, a fag hanging out your mouth & the sun shining behind you in a very dreamy way… ;)
