An Aspire Leeds Wedding | James and Sanchia
I STILL GOT LOVE FOR THE STREETS
I got to spend an entire weekend with the magnificent James & Sanchia in their Leeds wedding. Roaming the streets with these two just left like spending time with two old friends. In the urban sprawl of my home city. These guys brought their family & friends together in a celebration of all things that make these two love struck humans such a magnificent couple.
On the Saturday James & Sanchia had their "official wedding ceremony" at Leeds Town Hall with just a few of their closest peeps before heading off to dinner. Of course this didn't stop me from grabbing a couple of portraits in some down & dirty alley ways on the way to the restaurant. I mean come on guys! How in the Hell could I resist capturing that epic Green Skirt, James' King of all beards & some magical urbanosity of Leeds City Centre for contrast. Hells to the yeah! Just check out that orange wall!
The next day we were reunited for some more inner city awesomeness over at a first time wedding venue for me, the beautiful Aspire Leeds. After a truly gorgeous wedding ceremony it was all about exploring the area. I had these guys hiding behind that glorious brutalist architecture of the old Yorkshire bank building. Strolling behind bus shelters & losing veils in those narrowing wind struck alleys. Plus how could I forget the interior of the awesome Aspire Leeds wedding venue itself. From the impeccable grandeur of those wooden clad gentlemen's board rooms, right upstairs for a sneaky portrait or two in the toilets. (That's becoming a new habit) & finally framing this incredible couple right in front of those magnetising semi circular windows. All that remained was to leave the newlyweds to party down long into the night.
Here's to James & Sanchia. What an honour it has been to spend time with you both.
REVIEW | JAMES & SANCHIA
“Ryan is an amazing guy and a friend for life. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. From our engagement shoot, when he made us laugh in the rain, through to the wedding day, when he again he calmed the nerves and just made everything so easy. And all this is before we’d even seen the pictures. They were more than we ever could have imagined. We got a preview as we were in the airport lounge and James was almost in tears with how amazing they were/are.”

As soon as I arrived the awesome venue manager gave me the grand tour of This Green Moon telling me about MAGICAL little monsters that lived there and endowing me with a special bracelet. I mean that was probably the GREATEST wedding venue intro I've ever had to be fair.
