WELCOME BACK ~ FINGERS CROSSED
HOLY MOLY are your eyes deceiving you? Is this some heavenly photogenic mirage infiltrating your eye ballery? NOPE! Shutter Go Click is back like bacon & hopefully, FINGERS BLOODY CROSSED! it's gonna stay that way this time. Wow! what a rocky road its been this past year. But the light at the end of the tunnel is shining bright as I emerge from my lockdown cocoon bleary eyed with cameras in hand for this Wintersett Reservoir engagement shoot.
It's the 5th April today. The end of the tax year for some. But it also marks one whole year since me & Paige found out we were about to have a tiny human. Jeez that feels like it has simultaneously gone faster than a speeding bullet but also slower than a tortoise full of rigor mortis (NWA quotes FTW)
Soooooo here's a bloomin spectacularly awesome Wakefield engagement session with the magnificent Sophi & Dave. We headed over to Wintersett Reservoir to explore the water side goodness the only way we know how. By creating some photographic badassery of course. YES!
I cannot even begin to explain to you how good it feels to be back doing what I love. Of course it's still a long road before we truly make it to the other side. But through the dark I AM READY to embrace hope.
